Kansas Turnpike Access
Due to the Kansas Turnpike Authority’s three-phase “Spanning the Future” project, which improves Plaza 202 (West Lawrence) and Plaza 204 (East Lawrence) and replaces the Kansas River bridge between the two plazas, access to one or both exits will periodically be limited. During Phase Two, for instance, Plaza 204 will be closed for approximately seven months, beginning in mid-2010.
