3. Upon reservation confirmation, teachers pick up the work of art and resource materials from the museum on the arranged date.
4. The work of art is displayed in the classroom for a predetermined number of weeks (works on paper, including drawings, watercolors and prints are available for three weeks at a time due to their sensitivity to light; 3D works and paintings are available for up to six weeks).
5. Students participate in activities and lessons related to the work of art.
6. Teachers arrange the return of the work of art with the Spencer’s Education Department.
7. Teachers may provide feedback and comments regarding the Classroom Collection program by submitting the online evaluation.
8. Make arrangements to bring your class to the Spencer by scheduling a tour.
