How to Order

INDIVIDUALS, please include a check with your order or call 785-864-0140 and order with a credit card: for postage and handling add $3.50 for the first title and $1.00 for each additional title for shipping UPS. Kansas residents add 6.9% sales tax. Foreign orders will be invoiced.

Books are sold on a non-returnable basis (except for exchanges for books damaged in shipping).

Libraries: 20% discount on all orders. Standing orders for The Register, published annually, are encouraged.

Booksellers: Art with a Mission and the Murphy Lectures must be ordered from the University of Washington Press, Seattle, 1-800-441-4115

Latter Days of the Law must be ordered from the University of Hawaii Press, Honolulu, HA, 1-800-956-2840.

Japanese Ghosts and Demons must be ordered from George Braziller Inc., New York, 212-889-0909

All other titles: 1-4 copies, 20% discount; 5+ copies, 40% discount. No minimum order required. Postage and handling will be added to the invoice.
