Spencer Museum of Art

Volunteers from the Spencer’s Student Advisory Board transform an old movie screen from the Kansas Union’s Woodruff Auditorium into an enormous Twister mat to use for the annual spring student night, scheduled for May 1 from 6-8 PM. This year’s theme is “Peace, Love and Art,” in conjunction with three 1960s-focused exhibitions on view at the Spencer: Resounding Spirit: Japanese Contemporary Art of the 1960s; Make a Mark: Art of the 1960s; and Japan Re-imagined/Post-war Art.
