Learn about how kites are made and decorate your own, enjoy a selection of kite-related art, learn about the wind and make a paper airplane, or create a kabuto (Japanese helmet). In case of inclement weather, the Festival will take place in the first floor of the Kansas Union. LOCATION:Spencer Museum of Art Reece Memorial Plaza END:VEVENT END:VCALENDAR
